Hometown Cultivation was created in Springfield, Oregon by a like-minded group chasing cannabinoids, flavonoids and terpenes by using enhanced organic cultivation methods that allow the plant to fully express itself and deliver a clean, robust cannabis experience for medical patients and recreational consumers.

Team Characteristics:

• We embrace work ethic. There are definitely cultivation methods easier than ours. We lean into the passion.

• We embrace open communications. Ever experienced ‘silos’ in workplaces? Not here. We rip silos down.

• We support each other. We lend an ear and lend a hand. Together, we are stronger.

• We laugh. Sarcasm helps fight stress and since less stress = healthier humans, we laugh often.

Fun Facts:

• We celebrate birthdays and any other event we can with Donut Day. Sometimes the reason is ‘just because’, which is good enough for us.

• We consume a rather significant amount of coffee. Plus, once a month we do a ‘Coffee World Tour’ where coffee is shipped in and we are surprised by the origin.

• We are ‘those’ pet owners. You know the types, their phones’ photo gallery full of pet pics. We have an average of 1.8 pets per teammate.

• Our Hometowns are from across the USA. We even have some Texas, Louisiana, Idaho, Wyoming and Colorado in the house.
